Marinated Mozzarella Pearls In Tomato Basil Vinaigrette
1 – 8 ounce package of Mozzarella pearls
3/4 cup Tomato Basil Vinaigrette – Find Recipe HERE
1 – 1 pint mason jar with lid *See Cook’s Notes
Cook’s Notes
You can also divide the mozzarella pearls and Tomato Basil Vinaigrette among 3-4 half pint mason jars.
Drain the mozzarella balls, then place them in a single layer on a plate lined with a few sheets of paper towel.
Place a few more sheets of paper towel on top, then roll them around a little to dry them out.
Pour 1/4 cup of vinaigrette into jar. Next fill jar with about 15 mozzarella pearls. Pour in 1/4 cup more vinaigrette and more pearls.
Continue until you have place the whole package of mozzarella pearls into jar with vinaigrette.

Using a small spoon, mix up cheese balls and vinaigrette until combined. Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour up to 24 hours.
