Homemade Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Spread

8 ounces full fat cream cheese, room temperature

3 pinches of granulated garlic or 1/4 teaspoon + 1/8 teaspoon

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

1/4 teaspoon dried basil

1/4 teaspoon dried parsley

salt and pepper to taste

Add cream cheese, garlic, and herbs to a medium sized mixing bowl.

Whip by hand with a whisk or rubber spatula, or use a hand mixer on low speed to combine all the ingredients well.

Cover and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving, to let the flavors meld.

Store left overs in a small bowl with a lid in the refrigerator and use within 7-8 days.
