- Original Photography & Artwork: Images captured or created entirely by human hands are the intellectual property of Cook Plate Fork and are protected by copyright.
- AI-Enhanced Imagery: Some of our original photographs and artwork have been edited, retouched, or enhanced using generative AI tools (such as Adobe Photoshop Generative Fill, Lightroom AI, etc.). While these images are built on our original work, AI tools were utilized to achieve the final look.
- AI-Generated Imagery: Certain illustrations, backgrounds, or conceptual graphics on this site are generated entirely by artificial intelligence platforms. Because works created entirely by AI lack human authorship, they are not eligible for traditional copyright protection.
