Mint Lime Vinaigrette

A vinaigrette with the flavors of mint, lime and honey that are sure to help off set the slightly bitter, savory, peppery taste of leafy greens like kale, spinach, and arugula among many others.
Mint tastes sweet and produces a lingering cool effect on the tongue.
The fresh and delightfully tart flavor of lime is almost instantly recognizable.

Pure and unfiltered, raw honey has an initial burst of sweetness followed by subtle undertones that linger on your taste buds.
The flavor profile of raw honey is complex and nuanced, making it perfect for adding depth to a salad that is built with savory greens.
This Mint Lime Vinaigrette will also make for a great coleslaw dressing. Just mix with a little Greek yogurt to thicken it up a bite, before adding to the cabbage salad.

Drizzle it over fresh fruits, such as mixed berries with watermelon and cantaloupe.

2 tablespoons raw honey
¼ cup avocado oil
