How to Make Blueberry Vinaigrette

This vinaigrette is made of fresh blueberries (frozen can be substituted) balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and raw honey.
The vinaigrette offers a unique sweet and tangy flavor when added to you to favorite leafy green salad mix.

Try This Sweet & Savory Strawberry Arugula Salad with Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette
Blueberry Vinaigrette
1 cup blueberries
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons honey – can sub for maple syrup for a more savory flavor
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine blueberries, vinegar, lemon juice and honey in a blender or food processor.
Slowly add the oil, blending just until combined.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
