Apple Cider Maple Vinaigrette

Maple syrup adds a touch of sweetness to this apple cider vinaigrette. It can be tossed with a salad of apples, walnuts, sharp cheddar cheese and spinach.
It can also be serve over cooked asparagus. Or tossed with a salad that has roasted sweet potatoes, arugula, strawberries and even a bowl of fresh mixed fruit.

Your next favorite vinaigrette is made with zesty dijon mustard, sweet maple syrup, and tangy apple cider lending to a mouthful of flavors when tossed with a left green salad, plate of vegetables or bowl of fresh fruit.
Apple Cider Maple Vinaigrette
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon Himalayan salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Place apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, with salt and pepper in a medium sized measuring cup and whisk to combine.

While whisking gradually add olive oil in a steady stream until the dressing is combined and emulsified.
Store in a jar with a tight lid in the refrigerator and use within 10 days.
