Oven-Baked Pecan Crusted Salmon

4 individual salmon fillets

1/4 cup pecans, finely chopped

1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly brush the bottom of a cast iron skillet with avocado oil.
