Cherry Pecan Broccoli Salad
1 head of broccoli, cut into florets, or 1 12-oz. package of florets
1 cup sweet cherries, pitted (can sub for 1/2 cup dried sweet cherries)
⅓ cup pecans, toasted, chopped
1 red apple, diced
2 celery stalks, sliced thin
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

FOR THE DRESSING:
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
⅓ cup granulated sugar
¼ teaspoon celery salt
¼ teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon dried dill
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Combine the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Whisk dressing ingredients together until well combined.

Add the dressing to the salad and gently toss until combined. Serve with your favorite protein or pasta dish.
The salad can be made ahead and kept in the refrigerator until ready to serve (at least within 24 hours). Leftovers will last about 4-5 days in the fridge in a air tight container.
