Cranberry Balsamic Vinaigrette
1/4 cup cranberry juice, can opt for tart or sour cherry or pomegranate juice
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon white wine, can opt for lemon juice
1/3 cup olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
