Cauliflower Rice with Smoked Bacon and Cheddar Cheese
Seasoned Roasted Cauliflower
1 medium head cauliflower, broken into florets (about 5-6 cups)
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl. Toss to combine. Transfer to a baking sheet pan. Spread out evenly over pan.
