Baked Curry Chicken Drumsticks are an easy to prepare dinner. The chicken legs are tender, delicious, and packed with a lot of flavor.

The legs are first marinaded in a mixture of yellow curry powder, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic, and smoked paprika.

Mix the marinade in advance, such as the night before or in the morning to make the dinner even faster on a busy weeknight.

When you get home, just heat the oven and place the legs on a baking sheet and slide them in the oven to bake for 40-45 minutes.

Plus, the longer you marinate the chicken legs, the more flavorful they will be.

Balsamic vinegar and Worcestershire sauce are a plus to the marinade, not only for flavor, but also to help break down the proteins and fats, which means more tender meat. Plus, they add a dash of sweetness without adding any sugar.

Baked Curry Chicken Drumsticks

6 chicken legs

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons garlic, finely minced

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 tablespoon smoked paprika

1/2 tablespoon yellow curry powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped, for garnishing

Using a paper towel, pat dry the chicken legs. Place them into a ziploc bag.

In a small mixing bowl, combine oil, garlic, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, curry powder, Worcestershire sauce and balsamic vinegar and mix until combined.

Add the marinade into the ziploc bag and toss to combine with the chicken legs.

Press the air out of the bag and seal. Press the marinade around the chicken thighs to fully coat. Place the ziploc bag in the refrigerator and marinate for at least 1 hour, up to overnight.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees

Arrange the marinated chicken legs on a baking sheet pan lined with aluminum foil.

Place pan into preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, turning legs once halfway through baking.

Plate drumsticks and top with chopped cilantro. Serve with one of the side dish mentioned earlier or one of your favorites.
