Thai Chicken Pizza

1 package Mama Mary’s Thin & Crispy Pizza Crust

2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded carrot-broccoli slaw

1/3 cup bean sprouts

1/4 cup chopped salted peanuts

1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro

2 green onions, thinly sliced

For The Sauce

1/8 cup Thai-style peanut sauce

1/8 cup teriyaki sauce

1 teaspoon honey, optional

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut sauce, teriyaki sauce and honey.



In another small bowl add shredded chicken and mix in half of the peanut sauce mixture and toss to coat.



Brush remaining peanut sauce mixture over pizza crusts.

Next spread chicken than cheese over crust. Place prepared pizzas on a baking sheet. Place into heated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown.



Remove from oven and add a little more peanut sauce (optional) than sprinkle with remaining ingredients, first with bean sprouts, green onions, cilantro, and chopped peanuts.
