2 large Asian pears, washed and corded and chop into medium sized pieces
2 purple carrots, shredded
1 cup daikon radish sprouts
1 1/2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

1/8 teaspoon white pepper
2 1/2 tablespoons raw honey
