Baked Chicken Tenders with Honey BBQ Dipping Sauce – Perfect for Every Season

1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken tenders

1/2 cup whole wheat flour or all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 1/2 cup Panko (more as needed)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1-2 tablespoons avocado oil

Honey BBQ Dipping Sauce:

1/2 cup BBQ sauce

1/4 cup honey

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with avocado oil or other high heat neutral oil.
