Instant Pot Barbecue Country Style Boneless Beef Ribs
1 pound country style boneless beef ribs
1 cup BBQ sauce, of choice, or Find Recipe Here
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and dried thyme.
Next, season the beef and message the seasoning mix onto the ribs to evenly coat them.
Set the instant pot to “Saute” mode and add the olive oil. Once hot, add the seasoned beef ribs and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are browned.
Pour 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce into the instant pot, scraping the bottom to deglaze and remove any browned bits. Add 1/2 cup of water or beef broth to the pot.
Close the instant pot lid and set the valve to “Sealing” position. Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes and natural pressure release for 10 minutes before manually releasing the remaining pressure.
Open the instant pot lid and carefully remove the beef ribs. Brush them with the remaining 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce.
Switch the instant pot to “Saute” mode and let the sauce thicken for 2-3 minutes while stirring occasionally.

Serve the beef ribs with the thickened BBQ sauce on top. Enjoy with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables.
