Parmesan Crusted Chicken Thighs

1/2 cup butter, unsalted, melted

1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Lind a large baking sheet with a silicone baking mat. Place an oven proof baking rack onto mat. Set aside.

Add melted butter to a small bowl.

Mix the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl.

Dip each chicken thigh (boneless, skinless) into the melted butter; then dip in the Parmesan mixture to liberally coat the chicken thighs.

Place the chicken thighs evenly spread out onto baking rack.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven plate and serve with your favorite side dish or one of the following suggested side dishes.
