It makes a great accompaniment with feta, sharp cheddar and even the tangy flavor of goat cheese.

Mixed Leafy Green Salad With Dried Cranberries – Pumpkin Seeds – Goat Cheese & A Peach Lavender Dressing

This Peach Lavender Salad Dressing might just be the most flavorful fruit dressing you will ever make.
Well, maybe next to a raspberry or pear dressing and even a blueberry vinaigrette.



Peach Lavender Salad Dressing
1 medium peach or 2 small peaches, ripe, peel skin or opt to leave on (can use a white peach)
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon raw honey
1/2 teaspoon lavender buds, culinary grade
½ teaspoon Himalayan salt
¼ cup olive oil

White Peaches
Add to a blender the peach (with or without the skin), lime juice, raw honey, lavender buds and salt. Blend until smooth.

Add the olive oil and blend until well combined. Set aside to allow flavors to blend.
