Raspberry Walnut Salad Dressing

This Raspberry Walnut Salad Dressing is going to be your next favorite salad dressing. It’s sweet, yet tangy, and has a beautiful pinkish-red color, and did we say delicious.

Most popular dressing’s and vinaigrette’s trend towards using balsamic vinegar and lemon to flavor with.

This dressing though, uses red wine vinegar, sweet raspberries and toasted walnuts for flavor.

This dressing will mix well with savory greens, like arugula, spinach and kale.




Raspberry Walnut Salad Dressing

½ cup fresh raspberries (can opt for frozen)

⅓ cup walnuts, toasted

¼ cup red wine vinegar

2 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

½ teaspoon Himalayan salt

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

⅓ cup olive oil

Directions

In a blender combine raspberries, walnuts, vinegar, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper. Cover and blend until smooth.

With blender running, drizzle in the oil until combined. Serve as desired with a toss salad or fruit.
