Honey Apple Spiced Vinaigrette
1/2 cup raw honey
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon crushed cloves
1/4 teaspoon Himalayan salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Place honey, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, with salt and pepper in a medium sized measuring cup and whisk to combine.
While whisking gradually add olive oil in a steady stream until the dressing is combined and emulsified.
This vinaigrette is great for mixing with any leafy green salad mixed with fruit, nuts and cheese or just a bowl of mixed fruit.
Store vinaigrette in a jar with a tight lid in the refrigerator and use within 10 days.
