1-2 tablespoons almond butter

1 teaspoon sunflower seeds

1/8 teaspoon Himalayan salt

Add diced fruit, vinegar and coconut sugar to a medium bowl, mix until well incorporated.

To a medium bowl add almond butter, honey, salt and cottage cheese. Mix together until well incorporated.
