
A versatile Peach Mango Salsa great for scooping with tortilla chips. Use as a topping for grilled chicken or fish, like this Wild Salmon with Peach Mango Salsa. Or use a taco topper, like with these Tacos al Pastor.


It’s a versatile and vibrant addition to all sorts of meals.
Not only is it fast and easy to make, but it also tastes a million times better than any store-bought peach mango salsa.
Peach Mango Salsa
2 medium peaches, peeled, pit removed, chopped
1 large mango, peeled, pit removed, chopped
½ cup green onions, diced (about 3 scallions)
½ red bell pepper, seeds and vain
removed, diced
1 Serrano pepper, seeded and vain removed, minced
½ cup cilantro, chopped
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon lime juice

Add the first six ingredients to a medium mixing bowl and lightly mix together.
Next, add salt, sugar and lime juice to peach-mango mixture and mix in until well incorporated.
Let the salsa set for 15 minutes at room temperature for flavors to infuse, or refrigerate until ready to eat.

This Peach Mango Salsa will keep in a mason jar with a tight lid for 4-5 days in the fridge.
