BBQ Moroccan Lamb Chops
4 lamb chops
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon ground coriander
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Fresh mint, for garnishing
Pat the lamb chops dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, salt, and pepper.
