Creamy Mango Honey Dressing
1/2 cup chopped mango
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons raw honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
Place all the ingredients in a blender.
Process until smooth and transfer to a serving container. Dress the salad just before eating. Makes about 3/4 cup dressing.
Leftovers if any, can be stored in a jar with a tight lid in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
