Raspberry Walnut Salad Dressing
½ cup fresh raspberries (can opt for frozen)
⅓ cup walnuts, toasted
¼ cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon Himalayan salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
⅓ cup olive oil
Directions
In a blender combine raspberries, walnuts, vinegar, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper. Cover and blend until smooth.
With blender running, drizzle in the oil until combined. Serve as desired with a toss salad or fruit.
