I Grew a Snake Plant in a Glass Container: Here’s What Happened
Most houseplant guides will tell you not to grow a snake plant in a glass container. Curious to see what would happen, I planted a Fernwood Mikado snake plant in a layered glass vessel using pebbles and succulent soil. More than a year later, the plant continues to thrive, producing new pups and challenging conventional wisdom about drainage, root confinement, and snake plant care.
