
Making a homemade salad dressing is quick and easy to prepare. The big bonus is that it’s much healthier and fresher than bottled store-bought dressings.
This Creamy Avocado Cilantro Lime Dressing can be used for more than dressing your plate of leafy greens.
It’s flavorful enough to use as a:
- Vegetable Dip
- Coleslaw Dressing
- Grilled Cheese Spread
- Topping For Taquitos – Tacos – Nachos – Enchiladas
- Add A Spoonful To Cooked Brown Or White Rice
- Mix With Roasted Vegetables

This salad dressing is ridiculously easy and incredibly tasty. Creamy avocado, fresh cilantro and lime juice will brighten up any food you pour it on.
Creamy Avocado Cilantro Lime Dressing
1 medium avocado, pitted
1/2 shallot, peeled, roughly chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
1/4 cup sour cream, can sub for greek yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon Himalayan salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup fresh bottled water
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides a few times.

Salad Bowl Contains: 4 Cups Leafy Greens – 2 Small Black Radishes, Thinly Sliced – 1 Medium Watermelon Radish, Julienned
Thin the salad dressing out with about 1/3 cup water. Start pouring water until it reaches a desired consistency.
Keep in an airtight container and use within 8-10 days.
