Roasted Brown Sugar Garlic Chicken Thighs
8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons granulated garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried curly parsley
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl mix the brown sugar, garlic, salt, and parsley.

Arrange the chicken on the lined baking sheet and evenly spread the brown sugar over the thighs.
Place the chicken thighs into the preheated oven and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until done.
