Orange Marmalade Salad Dressing

Serve this Orange Marmalade Salad Dressing mixed with your favorite leafy greens, such as butter leaf lettuce, arugula, spinach or kale.



Use it as a broccoli slaw dressing with fresh cranberries and pumpkin seeds.



Or shaved Brussels sprouts with dried cranberries, pecans and pears.

No matter how you serve it, a homemade dressing is always more flavorful like this Orange Marmalade Salad Dressing, and a great alternative to heavier store bought dressings.

Orange Marmalade Salad Dressing

1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

1/4 cup white wine vinegar 

2 tablespoons orange marmalade 

1 tablespoon minced shallot 

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Add the olive oil, vinegar, marmalade, shallot, mustard and salt to a small bowl and whisk to combine.
