Cheesy Roasted Garlic Green Beans

These Cheesy Roasted Garlic Green Beans are a quick, easy, and a totally delicious side dish!

Cheesy Roasted Garlic Green Beans

1 1/2 pounds (24 oz.) green beans, trimmed

2 cups mozzarella cheese

4 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

4 tablespoons olive oil

1/8 teaspoon each salt and black pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Add olive oil, parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper to a bowl. Mix until combined.

Add the green beans to the bowl and mix to coat green beans with the oil mixture.

Arrange green beans on the baking sheet. Place baking sheet into preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove baking sheet from oven and sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the beans.

Turn oven off and turn broiler on to high. Place oven rack 5-6 inches from heat element.



Return baking sheet to broil and broil for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted with a small amount of caramelized spots.



Serve immediately with your favorite protein and a salad.
